File Sharing

Hallo Community,


I have problem to connect my iPhone 13 with file sharing on my PC.

I have 3 iPhones (iPhone 6s, iPhone 11, iPhone 13), 2 older phones connects without problem but the new one can't connect and come up with notif "the operation couldn't be completed. Invalid argument".


I did hard rest and factory reset and nothing happened.

Please help and advice. Thank you

we understand that you’re unable to share files between your iPhone 13 and your Windows computer. We are happy to help.


Are you using the latest version of iTunes? Please use the steps here to check: Update to the latest version of iTunes for Windows 10 - Apple Support

"If you downloaded iTunes from the Microsoft Store

Versions of iTunes from the Microsoft Store update automatically when new versions are released.

You can also check for updates through the Microsoft Store."


Do you show any pending updates for your computer? If so, we recommend that you install them. Do you have any security software installed such as a VPN or antivirus software? If so, we recommend that you disable it, restart your computer, and try to share the files again.
