A small spinning clock in the center of my Apple Watch, what causes that? It’s frustrating! Is Apple Watch a scam?
I woke up on January first to see a small spinning clock in the middle of my Apple Watch. It drained my battery; would not charge. I didn’t know what to make of it; so l took it to one of Apple Store, they fixed it. I was told it was a software issue. However, on February first, the same thing happened again. I texted the customer center, who tried to work me on how to fix it to no avail. I was given an appointment at 8am to speak to someone, l received an automated call, after a couple of commands which I wasn’t following fast enough, I was cut off. I tried calling the number back, but was informed that they don’t receive incoming calls, they only make outgoing calls. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I haven’t been able to take it back to them again. My frustration is, after paying all this money for the watch; it’s doing this, is Apple Watch a scam?? How can they make something this expensive with such a glitch. This does not look good on them at all. I received this watch as a birthday present from my husband in September of 2021; it’s bearly two years, and it’s giving all this problems?. They need to replace this watch, because at this point, l am ****** off. This is not the problem I expected to be experiencing. I want to enjoy the watch! Isn’t it what it’s made for??
