infinite loading screens

I keep getting infinite loading screens each time I try and update my payment method. its getting very frustrating as its happened on every device I've tried to sign in on, is there anything I can do to make this stop so I can renew my subscriptions before they run out?


commonly uses my ipad 6th gen, but I even tried on my pc (windows, not mac).

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you. You mentioned trying to update your payment using various devices; have you also tried to do it when connected to a different network? If not, there are a couple options you could try:


  1. Restart your iPad to see if refreshing your device has any impact. Restart your iPad - Apple Support
  2. Restart your router to refresh your network, which may help you connect to the Apple servers.
  3. Test to see if the issue persists when connected to another Wi-Fi network or even a Personal Hotspot.


You could also double check that your router/network is set up using the recommendations from Apple. You can find these listed here: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support.


Please let us know if the issue persists and you've ruled out your network and we'll be happy to continue researching other options.
