When I try to download redemption codes in Apple Business Manager, I get vpp.itunes.apple.com

Yes, same issue. In Chome I get refused connection.

In the console you get the error: "Refused to display 'https://vpp.itunes.apple.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'."

In Safari nothing happens, no errors, no downloads

I tries multiple accounts, multiple browsers, multiple macbooks.

I tried different browsers, computers, wifi networks, incognito. No change. I was able to connect with someone helpful using the Apple Business Manager number and they were able to see the codes from their side but were not able to diagnose what was causing the error in the client.

It sounds like it will likely be escalated to iTunes to work on it.

I received a call back from Apple Business Support and he said that Apple identified the issue on Friday at the same time everyone here did and started working on it yesterday. It's a high lvl priority.

The rep said they didn't give any time estimated but just said to tell me to hang tight. It sounds like redemption codes will be restored but time is currently undetermined. A work around is to move everyone to test flight temporarily.

Redemption codes have been deprecated by Apple for some time. I can't find the post about it, but every MDM vendor has a note about it. You need to look into MDM and distributing apps through that.

It's Fixed! I was able to use the already generated download links again.
