Fix FaceTime

We'd like to share some suggestion to help you with FaceTime. You will want to start with checking the network and see if this happens on and off Wi-Fi and with other Wi-Fi networks to see if there is an isolation. In addition, the steps in If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support would be helpful with steps to try. These steps will lead to the section for "If you still need help" and would be exhausting all available troubleshooting steps for this. If this does not help with a solution and this happens on all networks, we recommend contacting Apple Support.
