iCloud Photo Sync on Windows extreme slow! 20 photos per day full sync?!

Hi!

I reinstalled iCloud for Windows from Windows Store!

Several times!

Photo syncing from iCloud to my Windows PC is extremely slow!

I checked "always keep on this device", that I have my photos in full quality on my Computer.

Downloaded in the last 24hours, just 60 Megabytes of 130 Gigabytes (I have over 19000 photos on my iCloud.

Switched to another computer for testing purpose, result is the same! I don't think, thats a local problem.

Using LAN Cable, it's not a network problem, link-speed i about 600 MBit/s (have cable provider), and downloads from other sites are with full speed at 50 Megabytes per second!

Another thing is:

iCloud for Windows just uses all the time 8% of all cores, and prevents my CPU from downclocking.

Wihtout iCloud, CPU frequenciy goes to 1.6 GHz... iCloud running, all the time at 4.6 GHz!

Consuming a lot of energy! (Have an i7 11700k with MSI Z590 Board)

Think it's a big bug in iCloud...

Don't know... maybe Apple don't care WIndows users...

Just google the problem, I'm not the only one who has this problem.

With old iCloud (not from the Windows Store) everything worked fine!
