How to update my iPhone from iOS 14 to iOS 15?

Your device will update to the highest version currently available that it will support. Only iOS 15.7.3 is currently available for an iPhone 7

If you were in the iOS 14 beta, remove the beta profile:

Also remove any VPN add-on client. Restart. Try the update again.
