I am missing Notes after logging out of iCloud

I Had 236 Notes Before I Was Logged Out Of iCloud, And Since I Have Logged Back In I’m Missing 36 Notes. If They Weren’t Saved Before I Logged Out Can I Still Retrieve Them ⁉️

You might be able to retrieve them if you sign-in to your iCloud account using a web browser:

https://icloud.com
