My selected wallpaper photo screen goes off when I shut down computer at night and when I open in morning is a standard photo screen. Where do I go to keep my screen until I decide to change it!

Since this is a brand new computer was not sure of my way around, found out how to get my favorites into a album so I could use them on my wallpaper, now the wallpaper stays on until I change it!
