Screen non-responsive to touch

Does anyone know when the touch issue may be fixed? I have this problem, I can’t sign in with touch anymore and when typing, I’m missing letters. This is a real problem for me as it is for the others who have complained. I tried all the suggested solutions. None work for me. It’s a shock as it has been so responsive. I first noticed when I couldn’t sign into my bank. I redid fingerprint, went through the process again and still no go. Tried different finger, didn’t work. Typing has become a nightmare as im missing keystrokes. It had been working perfectly.
