the computer started because of a problem

Hello, I have an issue with below information during start and some times restart up itself, i update and reinstall macOS but the issue is n't resolved, the issue started from macOS Monterey still persist the issue with macOS Ventura, hardware diagonstic NDL001 result, my personal hot spot keeps dropping with this Mac but no issues with other devices, any help thank you in advance.

Take it in for service. Hardware issue can not be solved on line here.
