If all your passwords are saved in iCloud and in your keychain, then all you have to do is open:

Settings

Click on Passwords

Next to the "Search" bar, there is a "..." and a "+" icon. Click the "..." icon.

Select "Export All Passwords"

You may need to enter your computer's password in order to complete some of these tasks.

Export the "file" to documents, or wherever you prefer, on your hard drive.

The default format will be in Numbers or Excel.

After doing this, you can open the file and print it, or simply keep it as a file on your computer for easy access!

About Passwords:

A. Sharing Passwords:

Fist off, I would suggest not sharing your passwords, whatever the circumstance. Who knows what would happen, once they are obtained?

B. Exporting Passwords:

You need to export your Keychain. Perform this on a Mac, as it would be more user friendly doing so. Go here: Import and Export Keychain Items using Keychain Access on Mac - Apple Support. Select "PDF" in for Step 3.

Be sure you have iCloud Keychain enabled in Settings[your name]/iCloud

Go to https://appleid.apple.com - Security, and add several “trusted phone numbers” for 2 factor authentication and explain how to use them if the iPhone isn’t working.

Get a techie to help you if needed, even if you have to pay one. Geek Squad is reliable.

Write down:

• Your Apple ID password
• Your iPhone and other computing devices passcodes or passwords (whichever)

With an unlocked iPhone and the Apple ID password anyone with them can view the passwords in Settings/Password.

If you have a Mac they can also be viewed in the Keychain app on the Mac.

You did not say if you are using Keychain for storing your passwords. If so, the earlier answers are helpful. If not you may need to go through each online account website using their "forgot password" link to recover or reset your passwords.

Assuming you are using Keychain, Keychain Access may not reliably export a password to a 3rd party network (in other words passwords you enter when specifically challenged by that network rather than for a network you set up yourself). I have run across this multiple times with trusted 'guest' networks I only use rarely. And some networks specifically demand that you NOT store any passwords to their networks on any "password storing electronic document, app or program" (verbiage of the megacorp I used to work for, and they used company iPhones FWIW).

In any case-IMHO- It is always good to have a PRINTED backup copy of your current critical passwords kept in a SECURE location (like in a safe deposit box along with wills... it can be THAT important if something baaaad happens). If you use iCloud you may want to set up a Recovery Key or Recovery Contact (VERY trusted person) to help recover your iCloud data in case you forget/lose your password. Personally I maintain cloud AND local backups of my critical data & personal info.

These electronic gadgets can be great to help run our lives more efficiently, but nothing is perfect. Always good to have a fall-back plan.
