Hi there! I have removed all data and all apps from my watch, I have unpaired and re-paired as New, I am using the latest software.
still, my Watch is full and keeps running out of battery.

It sounds like you're having trouble with storage and battery life on your Apple Watch. From the photo you included, it looks like apps are taking up most of the space on your Apple Watch.
Make sure that you used the steps here to delete the apps:
How to delete apps from your Apple Watch
1. Press the Digital Crown to see all your apps on the Home Screen.
2. Touch and hold the display until the View Options screen appears.
3. Tap Edit Apps.
4. Tap the delete buttonon the app that you want to remove, then tap Delete App to confirm. Not all built-in apps can be removed. Apps that you can't delete don't show the delete button.
5. Press the Digital Crown to finish.

Thanks for responding. I had already deleted all the apps when this photo was taken. There is something clearly wrong with the watch. I took it in and will report back if they find out what is wrong.
