I have an Apple Music account that is essentially unusable on Windows. Here I'm required to use iTunes and it simply doesn't work.
When I press play on ANYTHING, the program simply skips the song. It shows briefly in the title bar and then nothing. If I play a playlist, its skips everything.
Here is a brief video showing this behavior. I'm at the end of my rope and am very ready to give up on Apple Music.
FYI: For those of you who find this later--there is no solution.
I just worked with Apple support who admit that they have no solution to this and then just shuffled me aside. Let that be your guide between choosing Apple Music and, well, any other streaming source.

I'm not sure what you mean by songs view. I've clicked several places to try and determine that but I've been unsuccessful. I haven't seen any exclamation marks yet but if you could let me know what songs view is I could go from there.
How about when looking at your Library rather than the For You section? But it you cannot play anything in the For You section that suggests a different issue than the one I was thinking of. Probably best to try Official Apple Support.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, deauth/reauthorize didn't change this behavior.
If you use the songs view do the tracks show with exclamation marks after they have failed to play?
