sylly10,
If your Apple TV is unresponsive, you can try restarting it with these steps - Restart Apple TV
Restart Apple TV
Do any of the following:
• Press and hold both the Back (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or Menu (Siri Remote 1st generation) and TV buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.
• Disconnect Apple TV from the power outlet, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
• Open Settings on Apple TV, go to System and select Restart.
Thanks.
Hi - Thanks for this. I can't get past that initial blurry screen to get to the settings. Is there a way to do a hard reset on the Apple TV unit with getting into the settings? Thanks!
