New iPhone 14 Pro had an unrecognizable email address as a recovery option
Why did my new iPhone (bought at the Apple store) had an unrecognizable email address when trying to set it up? Could it be refurbished instead of new?
If you purchased a new phone......or even if it was refurbished.......the phone would have displayed a "hello" screen when you powered it up and the phone would have walked you through a basic setup.
Did this occur?
Probably best to take the phone back to the Apple Store and ask them for more answers.
