I have a very unique problem.
I restored my iphone and now it says that is locked by the owner, but it does not give me the option to put my info to unlock it. I also can not activate it because it says that i have to update it, i updated it many times thanks to the itunes app on my computer but nothing. I have a combination of problems and i am stuck like this.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their apple ID.
