I can’t send a voice.

When I want to send a voice for example through snapchat or telegram, the microphone doesn’t send my voice. What’s wrong with my cellphone and what should I do?

I can only send a voice to text message since I have been doing that I can no longer press the microphone in the right of the text box to send an audio message. It will not record my voice and send audio messages anymore. I cannot send audio messages when I press on the microphone in the right of the text box. It will not send it. It only does voice to text. voice imessage doesnt work half. the time Ever since the last update the voice iMessage works on and off. They moved it to the new icon below the message bar and sometimes it works when you tap it and other times it doesn’t.

Can not send audio messages at this time The problem is back with creating voice messages within text messaging. I use to get a microphone icon with the text space but no longer. And when I tap on the voice message icon all I get is “can not send audio messages at this time”. My microphone work well with my Dictionary app for looking up words filling in the word I pronounce. And it works fine with the voice memos app.
