My built in SD card reader does not work, I have macOS Monterey12.6.3 running and the computer does not see the card when put into the slot.
iMac 21.5″, 12.6
Make sure all of the checkboxes in Finder's General preference pane are checked:
You can try this...
1.. Shut the machine down.
2.. UNPLUG the power lead to the computer and any peripheral devices.
3.. leave it for 10 minutes.
4.. Hold power Button in for 10 seconds
5.. Connect everything back up and restart.
Or something like this...
Tried various reboots, still not working, have a call with Apple today to try and fix the problem, thanks for your help
