Cancel reservations

All the suggestions below do not work or no longer exist. All clicking on managing my reservation’s in the email link does is bring up the date and time of reservations. There is no link to reschedule, which sucks, or to cancel. I have tried several times to click but nothing works. Does Apple no longer require you to cancel? Thank you.
