Re: How can i connect them?

You may need to check that the keyboard is Mac-compatible.

Wondering which MacBook Air model you want the keyboard to connect to:

Eg: For: MacBook Air introduced in 2022 or later, plus MacBook Air (M1, 2020)

Trouble-shooting:

Wondering whether there's an app you may need to install:

An accessory needs power and to be in "discoverable" mode for a Mac to connect.

If the keyboard has no instructions that came with it:

Dear brbo,

Thanks for your reply to my issue. Actually, this keyboard has command button, and button to switch from mac to windows and vice-verse. In additionally, i have used this keyboard in my iPhone 11 pro max via bluetooth. However, now this keyboard is not able to be discovered by my MacBook air 2022 M2's bluetooth. As you recomended, i will concact with keyboard's vendor company. I understood that this issue is not related to Macbook's bluetooth.

Thanks again, i am grateful to you.
