Yestrady I am buying a new iphone 12 ,and i am trying to check apple warranty in about section, but unfortunately i can see the warranty period is expired,why the reason? And how to solve this?

If the 1 year warranty has expired, then you obviously did not get a new phone. Where did you purchase this phone? I would take it back there and ask them about the history of the phone.
