Hi I have upgraded my Mac to macOS Monterey, and I have lost all information that I had in my I cloud. the Folders are there but their contents are gone.
Pease how ca I retrieve them back as they are all my clients information.

thanks for your suggestion. The thing is that all my folders are there, but the contents are lost. Even from the icloud portal on the internet and trough all my devices.
Is there any how i can manage to get the contents back.
