Home Invite Accepted on MacOS not Syncing to iOS Help

I have read and tried all of the troubleshooting steps with not receiving Home invite even to the point of wiping iPhone and setting everything back up. It dawned on me, is the invite showing up on my Mac. Yes it did and I was able to Accept it on my Mac.

Any idea why it is not syncing to iPhone? iCloud sync is on for Home on both the phone and laptop. All hubs are running 16.3.1 Apple TVs and HomePod mini. Phone is running 16.3. Other iCloud syncs from Mac to Phone and vice versa work just fine. Pictures, other app settings, etc...

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
