Apple Family Sharing most Annoying issues

We are using this feature and is one of the worst developed feature I ever saw. My 19 year old stepson and my wife, cannot add THEIR OWN CARD to their Apple Wallet because it says their are on a family!

Side this is one of the worst planned and developed features I ever saw!

Family Sharing ISSUE : My adult child who is in my family sharing WOULD like to purchase under her own CC#. There is no way to add her payment for purchases under her APPLE ID !!!
