Can't access Hulu on safari browser

Whenever I log in to Hulu I am met with a page that says I need to turn on my location services. My locations services are turned on in my Mac system preferences. Safari and all my other browsers are enabled and yet safari is the only browser that give me this message and will not allow me to view Hulu. I have tried all the trouble shooting techniques and still no fix. Any ideas on what it could be?

Hello missodessa,

From what you've described you may be encountering an issue with iCloud Private Relay or a third-party VPN. These two things in particular can affect your location services in certain functions. This page can assist: About iCloud Private Relay - Apple Support

"In macOS Monterey:

  1. Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences.
  2. Click Apple ID, then select iCloud.
  3. To turn on or off Private Relay, click the checkmark next to Private Relay.
  4. To choose a setting for your IP address, click Options:
    • To let sites show you localized content in Safari while your IP address stays hidden, click Maintain general location.
    • To use a broader location for your IP address, still within your country and time zone, click Use country and time zone."

Regards.
