My Apple TV remote isn’t charging

Charge the Siri Remote - Apple Support

• There are no indicators on the remote itself to show that it is charging. You can follow battery charge levels increasing in Settings on Apple TV.
• To charge the remote, follow the advise given: charge directly to a computer, or charge to a power adapter in an AC socket.
• If the issue persists, then contact the Apple Support staff, to help determine if it need repairs (battery service).
