i dropped my macbook air m1!

i dropped it from my bed and now theres a tiny break below the actual screen and whenever i move it theres some kind of noise from inside, otherwise its working fine. should i be worried?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.5

To make sure, you should have it examined by Apple to see if there is any hidden damage.

MacBook Pro Dropped? Few days before I dropped my MacBook Pro 16 inch from a height of 6 inches. although it has a hard shell case on it and it is working perfectly fine. Are there any chances of hardware damage from this kind of falls? please help me, I am quiet nervous while using the MacBook.
