Lowest volume too loud

Is there anyway to turn down the volume for the lowest setting? On both my iphone and homepod, the lowest volume is just too loud if i wanna listen to music at night,… it’s not a sound haptics thing or anything, i’ve already turned those down, it’s just that the lowest volume is too loud for listening to something calm in a quiet environment. Anybody got a fix for this?

My AirPod Pro notification volume is too high. My AirPod Pros will be on low volume when suddenly i’ll receive a notification, Siri will announce on what sounds like full volume. How do I adjust the volume of her announcement?
