iPhone not taking calls,

iPhone 13 Pro, ios 16.2, all incoming calls are going directly to voice mail with no notifications. Do Not Disturb is turned off.

I have deleted all old voicemails.

I'm scratching my head. Any ideas?

Calls going straight to voicemail when I receive calls they are sent directly to voicemail as if I’m ignoring it. Do not disturb is turned off and all focus settings are turned off. Sometimes it just sends them sometimes it says user busy then sends them to voicemail. I’ve tried soft boot all kinds of different options to stop this from happening. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this issue? If you do please let me know it’s driving me nuts I appreciate it. “IPhone 13 Pro Max”

iPhone sending calls to voicemail. Phone is intermittently sending calls directly to voicemail. These are people in my contact list. I have checked all the suggested fixes…do not disturb, muted…. I have an IPhone 12 and IOS 18.1.1. This is driving me crazy. Anyone know of any fixes? I also get a lot of calls failed when calling using my contact list but not when I type in the number on keyboard.

Calls Go Directly To Voicemail Calls on my iPhone 13 Pro Max rings only once and then goes directly to voicemail. Do not disturb or blocked calls functions are off.

Since voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service/feature, please contact them and explain your problem.
