I own both the Iphone 13 pro and 13 pro max and they both have a camera unknown message an the camera was never tampered with
I have done a (genuine) screen replacement on the 13 pro it shows genuine apple part, the camera unknown message came up a few weeks after
I have never done any repairs to the 13 pro max , the camera unknown message came up yesterday.
I don't know what to do at this point NEED HELP!!!!!

If you did the screen replacement yourself, then the device has been tampered with.
If you had it done by Apple or an authorize service provider, take it back to them.
Only Apple an authorized service providers have the tools to properly do the work and make sure the parts are registered properly with the Secure Enclave.
If you did the work yourself, the devices are now untouchable by Apple.
If the cameras are original and you're getting that message, it means there's something wrong with the cameras.
