Power Beats Pro charging issue

Regarding the Beats Pro design flaw charging issue....

How many people have left the label on the inside of the charging case of how to pair?

I never removed that label. My right bud has been a problem day 1. I'm a gadget guru and I'm beginning to think that label could be a culprit. It's very smooth so it doesn't adequately apply correct pressure on the "not charging ear bud".

Thoughts??
