iTunes and App Store

Hi, I'm having trouble updating and downloading apps on my app store it keeps saying it's disabled, I've signed out and back and changed my password and updated all my details and it's still not working

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
