Having a bad time getting RoboKiller off my phone and to stop blocking incoming calls, automated or not.

It seems my bank is still being blocked from sending me the code from an automated number...and while the membership with RoboKiller is cancelled, and the app delete etc...It is still blocking the call.

Anyone with a solution out there?

I can receive Securus calls I’m having trouble answering calls from my fiancé who’s in prison when they tell me push 1 to accept the call I pushed 1 and the call just hang up I use T mobile and I called Securus they just give me a number to enter to remove scam calls I did that but unfortunately it didn’t work can someone help me please I’m so tired and it’s annoying please help me.
