Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make or may not make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.

My Beats Pill went dead twice, and they were kindly replaced each time. The third one works just fine. This was a gift, and I had no receipt for it (meaning replacement without a proof of purchase).
