iPhone is been stuck on “SOS” mode

My IPhone has been stuck on “SOS” for awhile. I tried restarting my phone and removing the SIM Card.

Just FYI, it's a SIM card, not SD.

Mine too. Do you have t-mobile? This just happened about 40 minutes ago out of the blue.

Major outage last night on T Mobile and other smaller carriers might have something to do with this.
