Shouldn't the Feb 13, 2023 Safari for Big Sur and Monterey be version 16.3 not 16.3.1?

Security page About the security content of Safari 16.3.1 - Apple Support dated Feb 13, 2023 for Safari update for Big Sur and Monterey say the version is 16.3.1.

However the new build numbers 16614.4.6.11.6 for Big Sur and 17614.4.6.11.6 for Monterey have version 16.3, not 16.3.1 once installed.

Also the Safari in Ventura 13.2.1 released on Feb 13, 2023 has build number 18614.4.6.11.6 and version 16.3, not 16.3.1

So shouldn't the security webpage be referring to it as 16.3 not 16.3.1?

Apple have finally relented and changed it back to 16.3.

They have also added the build numbers to the information.

BUT ... do you notice something about those build numbers?

They say they are "167614.4.6.11.6 on macOS Big Sur and 177614.4.6.11.6 on macOS Monterey".

However they are actually 16614.4.6.11.6 on macOS Big Sur and 17614.4.6.11.6 on macOS Monterey.

Oh dear. Can't they get anything right?
