cell data off since 16.3.1 update

I updated the OS to 16.3.1 on my 12 Pro Max, since then I've had zero call data and nothing I've tried has fixed the issue, the only thing left is a complete reset and start from scratch, any other ideas?

You may need to update your carrier settings on your iPhone
