Child account adult verification

Trying to create a child account, the system is asking a verification , using the security code form the payment method I use for the App Store. PayPal does not provide security code, so how to proceed

Make sure the following criteria are met:


To add your license or ID to Apple Wallet, you need:

- A license or ID from a participating state. Learn which states participate
