Iphone 13 pro Max Cellular Data

Ive Had My 13 Pro Max for about a Year and a Half and Noticed that in places where service inn generally not the best would work ok on my old 10r no problem all be it a little slower, but On the 13 pro max it will try and load a page for 10 mins on the same places as my old one that could load it in maybe a minute. Ive tried different webpages and apps especially Social Media apps such as Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat which are painfully sluggish. Neither 5G or LTE speeds up the connection and I've tried turning airplane mode on for a few seconds and powering on and off the phone and have noticed no difference. (P.S My Original 13 PM had the Same problem so I got a replacement which seems to still have the same problem.) Is there anyone else with this problem?

Hey Millertristanj,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand your replacement iPhone is experiencing service issues like the original iPhone. The issue may be related to not having a good cellular network coverage. If you haven't contacted your cellular provider, we suggest doing so. They should be able to help determine if it is network coverage.

If there isn't an issue with network coverage, make sure your iPhone is up-to-date. Keeping your iPhone up-to-date ensures security updates and fixes are installed.

For help with updating, follow the steps below:

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

The steps above along with other ways to update your device are in this article: Update your iPhone or iPad.

If you continue to have the issue, follow the steps that in this article:If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad. There are helpful steps that may resolve the issue.

Hope this helps. Take care.
