It looks like you would use these steps to install that application:
1. On your macOS computer, go to Google One.
2. Click the Benefits card.
3. Under 'VPN protection for multiple devices', click View details.
4. Click Download app.
5. Confirm the download.
6. On your computer, open the file 'VpnByGoogleOne.dmg'.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to install VPN by Google One.
