How can I restore deleted Safari app on iPhone
I mistakenly deleted Safari browser from my home screen/iPhone 6-S. Cannot access the App Store to try to download/re-install. If I reset all settings, will this restore Safari?

Safari cannot be deleted, but it can be removed from the Home Screen. Find it and drag it back to the Home Screen.
Read Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support and refer to Move an app from App Library to the Home Screen.

I would be very careful about that...if you cannot access the App Store, and you reset to factory settings, you might not be able to access the App Store to get your other apps back either.
I would explore the reason you can't access the App Store, before you reset...anything!
