How do I transfer message threads from my XR to my email?

Is there a way to do this via each thread which in Apple mail becomes very hard to follow, or is there a way to export all communications from certain email addresses? There is no direct way to transfer Message Conversations to Email. The best way to do this is to take screenshots of your conversations and then attach the image to the email.
