Transferred to XFinity and can’t make calls to landlines on my iPhone 14
URGENT HELP NEEDED. I can’t make calls to landlines after changing my mobile provider from TMobile to XFinity.

Nothing in your post really has anything to do with Apple.
T Mobile will need to release the lock on the phone.....before....you will be able to get the phone set up on Xfinity.
Call T Mobile Support to ask them to remove the lock.......which they may or may not agree to do. If they won't, your best bet would be to sell the phone to another T Mobile customer.
