Apple Watch unpairing
How to unpair my watch from iPhone that I traded in and did not unpair before hand. It's no longer in my possession. I wish to pair with my new phone but the software is not allowing me to.

Try to option on the bottom: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
