How to disable MacOS popup about AirPods

I have been seeing this pop up on my Mac since the latest macOS Ventura update. What is frustrating about this particular pop up is it happens when my AirPods Max are all the way across the apartment over 25 feet or more away. Why in the world is this showing up on my Mac if the AirPods aren't even nearby...? I just want to stop seeing this. It's pretty useless anyway and only gets in my way. Does anyone know how to disable this popup?
