Cannot scroll with magic mouse after upgrade to Ventura

My Mouse will not scroll after upgrade. 27" iMac 2018

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 12.6

Try toggling the 'Natural Scrolling'. If it's on, turn it off and visa versa.

System Settings, Mouse, Natural Scrolling. If that doesn't work, try booting

into safemode which performs many diagnostics and repairs things it finds wrong.
