Is your Mac fully updated to 13.2.1? Is the date and time on your Mac accurate? We ask because updating your Mac and ensuring the date and time are accurate could help to resolve this issue.

This looks to be a known bug, albeit a fairly rarely seen one, and one lacking a clear resolution.

Previous bug report: FB9004740 (This bug report won't be visible to most of us, just to Apple.)

I suspect this will involve further discussions directly with Apple.
