I need to set a primary email for autofill and Calendar as well as multuple emails for Calendar in Ventura

Before Ventura my primary email would appear for autofill in Safari, now only my secondary email, an iCloud account, appears. I have to input my primary every time.

Also before Ventura, I could select one of several of my email addresses, including my cell phone's email address, when creating alerts in Calendar. Now, my primary email is no longer accessible, only my secondary iCloud email appears.

By the way, my primary email is the one I have used with Apple since iTools.

How do I correct these issues?

Double check that YOUR contact card is labeled as “me” or “My Card” in contacts.

Sometimes it can get reassigned.


On iPhone—

Go to Contacts

Scroll to the very top and confirm that YOUR contact is there.

If it’s not, then open:

Settings

Contacts

Tap “My Info”

Choose a new contact card.


On Mac—

Here is a link:

Set up your My Card in Contacts on Mac - Apple Support


Open Contacts

Select the card you want to make “My Card”

On the top toolbar, select “Card”

Select “Make This My Card”


Double check that all valid methods of reaching you are in your card. ALL email addresses, ALL phone numbers.


This way, all your information should be automatically suggested when prompted to input phone numbers and email addresses.
