Any way to make Shortcut to open OneNote?

for the life of me I just cannot wrap my head around the shortcuts app, I have seen and read so many tutorials on it but they always make huge leaps in the explanations because they clearly know how it works and presume their audience knows how it works and don’t fully explain what certain things mean.

anyway, while I can open the Microsoft One Note app and make notes on it all on my watch, I am wondering if there is a way to make a shortcut to open the One Note app to start a new note. There is no complication for One Note and in the Shortcuts app the One Note app does not appear as an option (even though other Microsoft apps do) so I was wondering if there is some workaround to be made in the shortcuts app to make this happen.
